App Privacy Policy

Mykhailo Goloborodko built the Bandura App (iOS and Android) as free mobile application. All applications (furthermore called our "services") are provided at no cost.

This privacy notice informs you how we process your personal data when you use the services.

1 Collection of personal data when using our services

1.1 Download of the mobile app

When you download the mobile app, certain information such as your user name, email address, customer number, time of download, and device code are transferred to the App Store. We do not have control over this data collection and are not responsible for it. Our processing of this information is limited to what is necessary to enable the download of the mobile app onto your device.

1.2 Provision of the services

When using the mobile app, we collect the personal data described below to enable convenient use of the functions. If you want to use our mobile app, we collect the following data that are technically necessary for us to offer you the services and to ensure stability and security:

Access to the Service will be provided by means of a personal account or a personalized token for a single session. The legal basis is the provision of the services under the contract, Art. 6 (1) (1) b) GDPR.

1.3 Error Handling

We do not gather information related to errors that occur while using our service directly. However, Google Play and the App Store may provide error handling and reporting functionalities as part of their services. If an error occurs while using our app, Google Play and the App Store may collect certain information to assist with error diagnosis and resolution.

Please note that we have no control over the data collected by Google Play or the App Store during the error handling process, and we are not responsible for it.

2 Cookies

Websites commonly use cookies, which are small data files that act as anonymous unique identifiers. These files are sent from the websites to the browsers of the users and then stored on the internal memory of their devices. However, in our service, we do not utilize cookies.

3.1 Youtube Widget

The YouTube Video Widget is a feature provided by Google LLC that enables service to display video content on its pages. This widget is designed in such a way that YouTube will not store any information or cookies related to Users on Bandura unless they choose to play the video.

The only type of Personal Data that is processed through this widget is Usage Data.

3.2 Expo

We only use the Over-The-Air (OTA) Updates feature from the Expo SDK, which requires the collection of potential crash logs during updates for the mobile app only. However, Expo guarantees that no personal data is transmitted during this process. We provide links to our Facebook and Twitter accounts, as well as a support form through Google Forms. Clicking on any of these third-party links will redirect you to their respective websites. Please note that we are not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of these external sites as they are not operated by us. We advise you to review the privacy policy of these third-party sites before disclosing any personal information. We do not have any control over these sites and cannot assume any responsibility for their actions.

5 Children's Privacy

This service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete such information from our servers. If you are a parent or legal guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
